Hammered Pair June Training Schedule. All of the firearms instruction will be taught and hosted at our private outdoor training facility with shooting opportunities up to 400 yards.

Intro to Pistol, Saturday, June 11th: (Cartersville, GA)$200.00

Our Intro to Pistol course is designed to teach the brand new gun owner/ shooter the fundamentals of handgun manipulation, marksmanship, and tactics. The course will cover firearms safety, range procedures, diagnosing and clearing stoppages or malfunctions, firearm presentation, reloads, target identification, gear selection as well as an intro into the legal and ethical application of violence.

*This is a 4 Hour course taught at our outdoor range facility in Cartersville, Georgia.*

Gear list :

-A serviceable handgun

-200 rounds of ammunition

-One spare magazine

-Eye and Ear protection (Electronic Preferred)

-Note taking gear

-Water and snacks for a full day on the range

-Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty

-Bug spray, sunscreen is highly recommended


Care Under Fire - June 12th, Truprep (Marietta, GA) $320.00​


This medical training course is set to provide the same teachings that our Law Enforcement Officers, SWAT, and fire fighters receive to the everyday civilian. Our instructors will cover topics such as hemorrhage control, tourniquet placement, hands on carrying, CPR training (with certification) and many other public safety factors. The course will conclude with an active shooter response scenario.

This is a hands on and physically involved class.

This is an 8 hour course.

Materials needed:

- Writing materials

- Clothes that you do not mind getting sweaty

- AN OPEN MIND!

Hammered Pair will provide a custom IFAK curated from North American Rescue medical equipment to each student.


Concealed Carry/ Urban Carry Pistol - June 18th (Cartersville, GA) $320.00​


Our Concealed Urban Carry course focuses on the skills involved in extreme close quarters and defensive shooting tactics. While there is overlap between combative pistol shooting and this course there are topics and tactics that need to be isolated to train the everyday armed citizen. We will cover drawing from concealment, shooting throughout the draw stroke, press contact shots, shooting and moving, strong and off hand manipulations, logical choices for your EDC, basic trauma management, and the importance of general situational awareness.While this course covers many advanced topics we encourage shooters from all skill levels to come out and learn.

This is an 8 Hour course

Gear List:
-Serviceable handgun, recommended handguns sized Glock 19 or larger

-500 rounds of ammunition

-Quality belt and EDC (every day carry) holster (Holster must have some level of retention and fully enclose the trigger guard, Serpa holsters and those with similar locking designs
will not be allowed)
-At least 5 magazines, a spare belt-mounted magazine pouch is recommended, but not required

-Eye and Ear protection (Electronic Preferred)

-Note taking gear

-Water and snacks for a full day on the range

-Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty

-Bug spray, sun screen, etc.



Advanced Carbine - June 26th (Cartersville, GA) $320.00


Our advanced carbine course builds upon the skills learned in our “Competent Carbine” course or any other beginner focused courses you may have taken. This course is the best option for shooters that are looking to build up a higher level of skill with their carbine or duty rifle. This course will cover advanced sling manipulation, Shooting from both strong and weak side cover, shooting and moving, unconventional positions of fire, engaging targets from unknown distances out to 200 yards, and transition from carbine to pistol (optional). Due to the advanced nature of this course, it is required that students have a basic level of proficiency with their carbine prior to enrolling (tactical reloads from a belt or similar system, some shooting while moving, total muzzle awareness).

*This is an 8 Hour course*


Gear List:

-Serviceable Carbine with a reliable sighting system, for this course it is highly recommended that shooters use a red dot optic or low powered variable scope.


-MUST HAVE a quality TWO-Point sling, we recommend: Blue Force Gear, Ferro Concepts, Frank Proctor Sling, Magpul, or Forward Controls Design


-500 Rounds of rifle ammunition (no green tip , will be shooting steel targets), 200 rounds of pistol ammunition (Optional).


-A quality gun belt that has at least one rifle reload and one pistol reload readily available on your person. (ex: AWS Gear, Ronin, Blue Alpha Gear, Eagle Industries)


-If running a handgun, bring a quality holster that has at least some level of retention and completely encloses the trigger guard. Serpa holsters and those with similar locking designs will not be allowed.


-At least 5 spare rifle magazines and at least 4 spare pistol magazines if running a handgun.


-Eye and ear protection (Electronic Preferred)


-Plate carriers and/or chest rigs are both allowed and encouraged in this course.


-Note taking gear


-Water and snacks for a full day at the range


-Wear clothing you do not mind wearing out
