American oak tanned skirting leather and rot proof stitching.

Some assembly required .

I needed a new pocket holster and wanted a good fit . I like roughout leather as it stays in the pocket well and wears like iron. Absolutely protects the gun and secures the trigger.

I haven't done any stitching in 25 years, can't see like I used to, but will work fine.

I've got some leather. Hoping to eventually give holster making a try when I have the time and workspace. Actually, a lot of things I want to work on and learn!

Nice looking work. Very nice

Thanks, but far from my best. I used to have over 35 hours of stitching in every saddle I made. Always wanted to get a machine stitcher, but never did.

What I found interesting was the tools necessary to make saddles, holsters and knife sheaths would easily fit in a saddle bag. The only additional parts (other than leather and thread) for a saddle was a tree and maybe stirrups, but those could be reused from a worn out one, if need be.
