All are correct, but be prepared to be hassled by LEO.
I've done on-line surveys before and a disturbingly large number of LEO do not know the law.

Correct me if im wrong but,
I was told by Law Enforcement that the transferee must be 21 years old or have his "daddy" get it for him. Don't really know if thats true.
Im also aware that with firearms the only time a person takes ownership of a weapon is when they are having it transferred to them by a FFL to their ownership. Then the law interprets from that point that you now possess the gun. You must be 21 to purchase from a FFL or own a pistol, but you only have to be 18 to possess it.
