Handguns that can easily change caliber?

I see plenty of Glock 22's and 23's that have the 9mm barrel option as well. Is Glock the only manufacturer that's doing this?

1911 can be 9mm, 10mm, 38super, 45acp, 38sp, 22lr, and more.

Fairly easy, like just swapping the barrels? Can anyone tell me why Glocks can do this so simply yet others can't?

Kind of just swap on the barrels, there’s a little bit of difference in the chamber head. 40cal and 357sig run the same mags. I have two with all three barrels and no issues..:

Others can. Sometimes need to swap recoil springs, and of course mags, depending on calibers.

I believe any .357 magnum revolver can shoot .38 spcl with no changes. Same goes for .44 magnum and .44 Special.

I have a Rossi M92 that can shoot either .357/.38 spcl.
