Has anyone ever done guided hunts at Jewell Mill Plantation?

Has anyone ever done any guided deer hunts with Jewell Mill Plantation in Sandersville? www.jewelmillplantation.com

Not familia with them but if you've shot quail "naturally" then you'll be disappointed in any plantation quail shoot. You'll get the birds I'm sure sinced they're placed in the woods prior to the hunt, you'll have a bird man go behind the dogs after they point and will kick or swat the birds to make them fly. They are all pen raised and flying does not come natural to them. Best way to shoot quail is walk fence rows or hedge rows (on a real working farm) with or without dogs, if you hunt without dogs they'll scare the crap out of you with the noise they make when the whole covey takes off airborne unexpectedly, thats the "real" fun of quail hunting. If the trip is free, yea go for it, if you pay ??. The food/lodging/drinks etc. and personal treatment will be second to none on a plantation.
