That is just terrible.
you bet. to beat all, he was deaf so he was probably surprised when he turned around and had a gun shoved in his face. i'm glad the 14 cops that came to the shooters "rescue" made sure the shooter was okay.(sarcasm)

yep, deaf man carving a piece of wood. autopsy showed that the man was NOT facing the cop when he was shot.

Don't think I'd want to open carry in Seattle if that is what you get for having a knife that was found to be closed after the fact.
even more unbeleivable there were no charges even after the police review board found the shooting was not justified.
