Has anyone tried shooting .22 shot shells through a suppressor?

So Nonliberal says it seems to work with a 4 inch can. What about some of the modular 22 cans that can be shortened below 4 inches? Maybe not as quite as quiet, but seems like maybe would work?

He also said that if one got jacked up he could just fix it. So take that for what it's worth.
I do not know the answer to your question but I did it with success from a 4 inch can.

Lol, yea I caught that part too. I was just throwing out a hypothesis. If it worked for you out of a 4 inch, surely it would work out of one that can be configured shorter. I'm not willing to be the one to test that theory though.
