There was a guy a while back that the ODT community got together and donated/built him an AR...Cost him NOTHING. Good group of guys participated in it.

But then that gay cowboy sold it.....

I don’t have time to build one anymore. I just buy up all the super cheap, LNIB Frankenstein AR’s I find on ODT. So far I have 0.

I have started a few "budget" builds, but always spend way more than intended. I am picky about my furniture and hand guards which cause me to spend more than is necessary. I am working on a 300 pistol now that I have $400ish in as of now, mostly from Black Friday sales and I still need a hand guard. That is, of course, if it works right out of the gate w/o having to order anything else.
