Picked up my base gun to be chopped up into a Fitz Special; a blued 1920 Colt Police Positive 4", chambered in .38 Colt New Police (.38 S&W).

I'll be doing the following work on it:
-shorten the barrel to 2" or less
-attach a new front sight
-shorten the ejector rod
-bob the hammer
-round the butt
-remove the front half of the trigger guard.

Meh.... I have done much worse to wheelguns.... Tactical H&R 38 short, more Fitz Specials than I can count, Smoltz, Rebarrel of a 77 Police Positive with a Viper Barrel, hairbands grips for the NAA Mini, let's not forget the Rat Rod Special Charter Undercover or that one time I welded a bayonet to a Taurus Tracker 357...

Pretty sure I would be a great addition to KelTecs R&D dept...
