Yes. My intention was to use the go/ no go/ field issue head space tools to see if it was ok. Should I just shoot it and explore head spacing if I have any problems?

99.9% of the time, you will have no issues.
You can check it for peace of mind, but I have not have one fail head space yet.
I understand if you want to do it for self assurance, but perhaps it would be cheaper to have a shop near you check it vs buying $150+ worth of gauges for an assumed one time use.
