Heat Pump Fan Not Working

So my heat pump unit is working but not blowing any warm air. It has a burning smell. Yes I changed the filter. Any other ideas? Checked Youtube videos but it is not something I feel comfortable with as a DIY project. Drop me a PM with contact info and we can talk about it.

The good news is your heat pump decided to give you problems when it is 65º not 15º.
