Howdy! I taught my daughter to shoot when she was 16. She started out-shootin' me the same day.

I took my daughter shooting for the first time when she was 12. We were at the range and the guy next to us had some kind of hand cannon, probably a .44 Mag. She asked me if our gun was that loud. It was a .22 LR of course, but I told her our gun was much bigger and louder than the little popgun next to us. So she lines up the sights and squeezes one off....pop. She just looks over at me and says "dad".
