Help extracting 440 trigger set screw

I have stripped be hex head on a set screw for a trigger. I do not have an easy out capable of inserting with in the rounded .5 former Allen slot. I have completely stripped this bugger round. The setscrew is hardened steel and the trigger is an aftermarket aluminum Galloway. It is held in with blue Loctite

Place nut over stripped out set screw. TIG or MIG weld the nut to the set screw. Turn nut out.

What is the actual size of the set screw - I have numerous ez-outs...

It's a 440... about the diameter of pencil lead recessed with an aluminum. Does someone have an extractor the small? I don't have the funds nor the equipment nor the time for any more experimentation.

It's a 440 .5 metric hex... tiny. Almost watch like

It is the bottom, return setscrew I need to remove

You are going to need to remove the trigger where you can get on it square with a new allen, not rounded end, wrench.
