Need some help identifying this Pre WW1 cartridge that was found relic hunting and found large amount of buried ammo in Fort Oglethorpe GA.

This is a blank cartridge and all the others that was recovered like this was all blanks unfired.

What I do know is it is Frankford Arsenal from 3 1910. and some of the others are head stamped 2-10.

one appears to be a 44/40 us cartridge company -
other frankford 30/40 --
a long time ago there was a blank made for the movie industry called a "5 in 1" that could be used in 5 different weapons, 45 colt, 30/40, 44/40 and ? , ? -- don't remember the last 2 --

Just found the answer and bottle necked cartridge is a 45 Colt blank.
These were designed to be in the 45 Colt revolver for a more effective report.
So mystery solved.
