Help me identify these 2 small electronic boxes

Yeah what the title says. I have no clue what these are and don't have a cord for them. Maybe small portable hard drives? The top slides off to reveal the circuit board underneath. No other marks or anything on them.

I think I remember a t-shirt vendor at the ATL Expo gunshow selling tees for 19 bitcoins or something like that in 2011 or 2012. LOL!
