I picked this up yesterday, and would like to completed ASAP, I have a budget around $ 800 to complete the build, first I would like to get a .300 black out barrel 16" BCG, and a gas piston system any sugestions >?

DD has some complete uppers on the site.
all the .300 black out's are out of my budget, I already have the [FONT="]Palmetto Upper Cerakoted in FDE [/FONT]so all I need is the remaining parts to completed I would like to get the quad rail also FDE but not sure what lenght I will need
ASAP is not a word you use when playing with 800. A piston set up is going to push your limits. Best thing to di is hit up places like psa, Joe Bob outfitters and other places to find the deals and in stock.

Now you are REALLY stretching your dollar. A lot of it depends on what gas length your barrel is as far as quad rail goes.
1) don't build a piston gun. DI is just fine. Pistons, unless firing suppressed, are heavier, more complicated, and more expensive than DI.
2) CMMG 300BLK barrel
3) Troy Alpha Rail 15"
4) Red Barn Armory BCG
5) LoPro gas block and tube
That should be right around $800...but just worth my $0.02.
not helping your cause but 300blk and pistons don go well together. I dont think there is a working gas piston system out there for the blk. You will need to do research before just slapping a 300blk setup on that upper- It is not the same as a 556 upper when talking about the gas system
