Help pricing a Noveske Lower

Have a stripped Gen2 lower and can't find the Gen2's forsale online to get a ballpark price to sell it for. Figured I'd see what you experts have to say.

Looks like gen1 is about 180-190.
Gen 3 is 325-350 so why don't you try around 260. Unless there's some reason there are no gen 2 for sale.
