I got a bag of fall mix and this is what i got. It was in a camo bag went back to get more but they sold out.

The closeup of the leaves is collards.
Taste them raw. Mustard will have a mustard taste.
Pick some to cook in goya ham seasoning or chicken broth. Season with pepper and garlic..

After digging it may be rape. it is very similar to collards and I see rape seeds there.
