Henry Big Boy in 357 - Failure to load?

I have a new Henry Big Boy lever action rifle chambered in 357. Shoots like a dream, until just recently it will not load a round in the chamber. there's nothing blocking the barrel, it just won't load, regardless of ammo choice. Any ideas on how to fix before I'm forced to send it back to Henry to figure out? Thanks!

Never a problem with mine so not any help. Henry is awesome to deal with though if you have an issue.

Been seeing alot of problems out of Henry rifles lately.Sent a 45lc back twice,Henry said it needed a specific ammo and would only work with that make of ammo.
