Obviously from you guys point of view anyone with Kakis, brown shoes and a Punisher hat is now "military".
And anyone who had a backpack and looked away from the race for any reason is the bomber.

That's not really what any of them were saying. The clothing type and styles kind of do form a cohesive sense of organization. They are just pointing out what will probably be said, and the reasoning behind such justification.
Does anybody know where Bill Ayers was at the time of the blast?
