Yep, those are Craft guys. Same with the guys in the vehicle(dude with red bandana). Probably hired on as security should something like this situation happen. Id much prefer the likes of these guys respond to a clusterf¥£€ than a standard PD, call me crazy I guess.
Unfortunately it ends up being a "blackwater situation". They techincally do not operate under the laws that law enforcement must follow. So they basically can do as they see fit without being punished, no required disclosure, and its ALL off the books. That can be a great thing in some situations although can be horrible in others.

No private security firm that exists can operate in the manner in which you describe inside of the United States-period.

Wearing the hat of a firm that conducts training for dozens of government agencies does not make it so. (see CST)

There were 5 Craft guys at the event, not the just two shown. All dressed in the same "uniform", all with coms. So, even if not craft, it was definetly a specialized security team. One Craft guy was carrying a radiation detector as well.
