Thinking about buying one of these for my dad. I've never owned one. This would obviously not be an edc gun, just something fun. Anyone have any thoughts? If you have owned or do own one, would you recommend it or stay away? Thanks.

mattp38 mattp38 I saw one with green laminate on here that looked pretty cool and had both cylinders. Not much for a RS but a tall FS post. I talked to a fella that keeps his with him while he's checking the property and swears by it being a accurate enough to shoot snakes with at 5-7 yds

For a bit of fun it is a great value! And I honestly shot it better then I can my ruger single six that replaced it. It's lighter than the ruger and mine was dead nuts on accurate. My son and i used to sit o the back deck and shoot walnuts off the ground with it. Good times. As was mentioned resale value and such is not so great but it is well worth it in my opinion.
