I'm trying to figure out how "putting it back in the safe" is a threat when you are trying to sell of 1 of 1,100,200 Glop. I don't exactly go into panic mode at the possibility.

A BOS will stop the lowballing. They will know that you serious then.

That would require that they actually read the whole ad...and not think they were special enough to do without a BOS for their lowball offer!! lol
