Looks like I found the original part that will fit correctly. And yes, I know about shaving off a bit at a time to make it fit; but the problem was that the whole piece seems as the cut of the whole safety is not meant for this particular 1911.
Thanks for the tip though.
And I got this 1911 for $300 which seems like a pretty good deal-and surely I am not going to place a magwell that is worth $200 on it. Just a budget sweet shooter for me is good enough.

All 1911 thumb safeties fit all 1911’s, once they’ve been properly fitted.

Well the problem is fixed for me by finding the original. I'll stop by one of the gunsmiths and let them take a look(if they're willing without charging $ haha) at it about the nonftting Wilson Combat that I got.
Sorry man, the Vess already deemed your parts as overseas junk. His word is pretty much gospel around here when it comes to gunsmithing.

I wasn't referring to his gun. I was taking about my Turkish made Tisas.
I spit out a paragraph of complete bull, included a few gun terms used incorrectly and you swallowed it hook, line and sinker. So don't hold me accountable for that. Gullibility is not a virtue!

Oooooohh…. I didn’t realize this was yet another instance where you intentionally come off as a complete dumb ass. Yep, Mr gullible believed you again! You’re very good at impersonating incompetent idiots.

All the gunsmiths I’m familiar with, including me, will happily look at it for free, and then offer solutions with respective costs.

I was completely serious about this thread. I have installed and fitted several Wilson Combat safeties. Very few drop right in. I was referring to previous complete ludicrous post that you thought were serious and hence formed your opinion.
I think your tech skills are limited to opening a whiskey bottle. You can't stand anybody that have skills. I have been diagnosing, repairing, refinishing and building AR's for over 18 years. Do you really think 🤔 I haven't learned a thing or two. My moniker says it all when it comes to what I say on this site. You should take heed to that.
I'm in your head, I'm under your skin.

I WIN! 🤣

No argument here… your moniker certainly says it all.

And I agree that you’ve picked up some skills over the last 18 years of gunsmithing. It can’t be easy to inadvertently **** up every single gunsmithing thread you’ve ever participated in. That’s more than skill… it’s a life’s dedication.
