I'd find a place to park the car and just hike into the USFS

PM me , I can tell ya a couple places around blairsville you might want to try
There's a lot of old roads in the USFS that are closed and probably enough left that you could follow as a trail
My family has a cabin that's fairly remote
My parents stayed there for six weeks and didn't see any other people
It has a Usfs road nearby that's has a few vehicles on it on the weekends , you can hear them driving on the gravel but that's as close as anyone will get
