Title kinda says it all. I've never owned one, never handled one. A lot of what you read, Chris Reeve Knives, Strider Knifes, and Hinderer Knifes generate a lot of buzz when it comes to modern folders.

I don't care about Strider (at all). I've owned a CRK (nice, but kinda boring)....

The Hinderer XM-18 (probably the 3.5" blade model) intrigues me. The Gen 6 runs on bearings, and supposably they have a better action/fit and finish than previous models.

Anybody own a Hinderer? Got an opinion??

I have had several XM18’s. I like bigger knives and prefer the XM-24.

But to be honest... Curtis Knives is better in fit and finish. They are on another level for a little bit more.

Curtis Knives F3 medium or large.

I have owned countless. This is the one I have currently. It’s a 3.5” Fatty meaning it has XM-24 blade stock. They are nice knives and very customizable. The market is flooded on them, try and grab a used one because their resale value is horrible.
