Let's see. People spend $2800 for an SP5K and another $2-$3K converting it to an MP5. And the SP89 starts out around $4K if you can find one. Companies that do HK conversions sell out quickly or are backlogged...there's no shortage of people spending real money to make an authentic MP5 clone using a real HK as the base. So yeah, I see these selling well.

Someone enlighten me...Why are these guns so expensive? I realize the MP5 is almost impossible to find in the states, but is it really so great? I don't know man...Even clones seem way overpriced and overrated to me. I don't get it.
