Hog jowls

I just purchased a half pig and I have some hog jowls. Whats the easiest way to cook these so they taste great? And pigs feet too! Thanks !

i like to slice the jowls and fry like bacon,you can also chunk it up and cook with your vegetables.as far as the feet I would chunk them in the trash or you can boil them and naw on them if you like gristle.

Yes you can also batter in flour and fry just salt and pepper it good
i like to get fresh pork belly sliced and batter and fry you getting sho nuff country then

You can mix salt a little black pepper and brown sugar and rub on the jowls and put in zip lock bag in refrigerator for couple weeks and then wash salt off and dry and they are great fried like bacon or used to season beans when cooking!

Splatters real bad, but as mentioned before: cook like bacon. Really good on a burger!
