Holiday season

This is the worst time of year for those who suffer from depression and other mental health issues. I have lost quite a few friends over the years to suicide around this time so reach out and take the time to listen.

The reason I post this today is because my friend and neighbor Steve, lost his 24 year old son to suicide last night. He's in rough shape.

Its horrible, lost my older brother to suicide in 2009. Grief is such a painful emotion and there's just not a bandaid you can put on it that stops the pain. There's no alternative other than to ride through it. I highly recommend grief counseling. This life is not easy...thoughts and prayers....
