yup, read the article yesterday and he got off easy as far as i was concerned. hit the fleeing car in the side proved he was in no danger and just screwed himself.

I probably would've been pissed and tempted to do the same, but yeah, it was a bad shoot.

If I had been on the jury, I would have let him go.
The problem today is that the criminals "know" that the law abiding citizen's hands are tied, well sometimes.

Seems like whenever one of these punks gets smoked there's always a parent that obviously didn't do any parenting that gets on TV crying and making excuses and blaming the victim for fighting back.

He wasn't even convicted of killing the dude. Looks like a misdemeanor, so he won't even be disqualified from gun ownership.
