had a craving flung on me for some homemade corned beef hash. old school, no caned stuff. found me a small point cut brisket at wally world , put in in the crock pot with the seasoning packet, some mustard, onions, pepper and cooked it on low untill it was falling apart. chopped it up real fine, chopped up an onion, some potatoes into half inch squares , a little water, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and threw all that in a large skillet .
