honda, no fuel filter?!

I have had two corollas both with over 300000 miles. Both filters located in the tank. Never a fuel related problem. not sure if you really need a extra filter, if added I would be concerned with fuel pressure (should not be a problem) but it could create one. Just a thought

Honda doesn't call it a filter. It's a strainer.

Yes, I'll like to add inline filter. I dont trust what they have in the tank to keep my fuel clean.

idk man,you gotta be pretty smart to work for honda. they dont have
any diversity quotas in their engineering depts. to fill

I wanted to protect engine. I'm surprised everyone is against it. Didn't think it's a bad idea.

Thank you for your advice. Not going to do anything to Honda right now.

Pick a filter currently used in a fuel injected V8 or V10, it will have more than enough flow capacity with minimal pressure drop.

You be better off investing in better oil and other fluids
Then a silly filter

Never seen engine go bad from lack filter

Hell even when they pour water in tank and sugar

Engine will still run once cleared and cleaned out

I see some horrible fuel samples

But the spark plugs did tank a hit and need replacing
