Hornady warranty

I just had to call Lee to get a replacement square ratchet for my turrett press. I called, they quickly got my information and are sending me one with no questions asked and no charge. They're also sending me a decapping pin that I broke a while back.

I've been eyeing the Hornady Lock N Load presses...is their warranty/customer service as good as Lee's?

I've always got great service from hornady but only use dies and tumbler as I load on Dillion 550. I use a lot of there bullets for loading as well. Great products!
