Houston to end no knock police search warrants

These types of incidents always remind me of something I read years ago:

"It was quite amusing when A&E used to show "Dallas SWAT" and "The First 48" back to back on Thursday nights. First, you could watch 30 guys with body armor, M16s and an MRAP surround and raid a house to find 6 ounces of weed.
Then, you could watch two fat guys in cheap suits and a Ford Taurus serve a warrant for a double homicide."
