Hovering mouse / mouseover not expanding item

I am using Google Chrome (Version 70.0.3538.77, 32-bit). I also just checked Internet Explorer 11 and it worked as well.

huh, same chrome here and ive about gave up.
Even turned off my antivirus and malware software.
Ive tried on several machines as well using different browsers. Mint 19 with cinnamon linux machine, XP, Virtual PC on Win 7, Win 8.1 and Win10 OS.

Thats why I really thought it was an issue with the ODT server software

they are on a disk in a card reader

open the disc in my computer, open file and hold down CTRL button and press A. That will select all files. EDIT>>>>>>>>>>Then RIGHT click and select DELETE

I've tried several browsers on several of my machines that all have different OS and its the same ..... NO WORKIE

Am using Brave, mouse hover working fine

Firefox was getting worse and worse with every update.

Brave fixed all glitches for me. Hope it helps you

Chrome here, too. Take the hard drive out and soak it in warm soapy water. That should fix it.
