How are Bass Pro's Gun Prices?

Got a nice surprise today at the meet up, some of the mods chipped in and got me a bass pro gift card that I am not allowed to "give away!" And to think I was just about to clear 'em all out and start over.

I'm thinking about running up to Bass Pro tomorrow and putting it towards a new pistol, how are the prices up there? I've never really payed attention to the guns.

Something I can put bullets in, and then fire said bullets. Are some brands cheaper than others there? In relation to other places I mean.

I would look at their flyer and prob try to stay on the "on sale" items to get the most out of my money, but thats usually hard for me b/c something catches my eye somewhere else and of course, its the most freakin' expensive thing.

The ONLY time I have got a "good deal" on a firearm at BassPro was if the following two things were happening at the same time on what I wanted...

1) Bass Pro has it on a "huge" sale (not really big sale they just make it seem that way, in reality they are just getting close to normal prices)
AND NOT OR!
2)There were manufacturer rebates going on said firearm at the same time....

That being said, SOME of their prices are on par with normal prices...
