How do you pronounce Saiga ?

Sounds to me like 3 syllables: Sigh (or Cy) + a + gaa (or the first half of gun without the N sound).
This. Sigh-gah. Two syllables. Russian сайга́ has only two vowels, "a", hence just two syllables.
Emphasis on the last syllabus (that's what the apostrophe over the last "a" is in сайга́).
Name of an antelope in the Central Asia. Russian letter "a" makes only short "ah" or long "aaaah" sounds. Never "ae" sound. My pet peeve is mispronouncing сайга́ as SAYga.
