in terms of guns and how are conditional ratings determined? Oh, I'm sure there is a website somewhere that explains it, but what personal opinions can be divulged from the minds of our members?
 
Rare. Hmm. Likely not often seen or offered on the market. That also applies to "thin market" items. Items can be rare because they are NOT offered for sale or available because they are NOT desirable.
 
I could take a dump in a box and call it rare . Just because something is rare don't make it good.

I saw a friggin yugo with an rpk receiver marked as rare . Um no ? They just sold more of the crappy standard receiver models so they cut it down to 1 type instead of 2 .

Street sweepers are kinda rare . They are also kinda pieces of useless crap too. So your mileage may very
