How is the milsurp market these days?

There are some cool M1 carbine up for sale but they is expensive.

What can the milsurplus gurus tell me about my M1 carbine. It is a General Motors Inland manufactured 6-44. Other than a butt pad was added, I plan on removing it, it looks all original and all numbers match.

These are mine, he brought a few nice M1As, a suppressed bolt action and an M% 5 clone.

I think he was impressed with the 12 rapid rounds through the KSG 12! Fun gun to shoot.
