How much do you tip a house framing crew?

We are building a new home and wondering if it is customary and how much should we tip the framers. They are doing an excellent job, put in a full days work 7 am until 7 pm, are polite and basically have built the structure of our new home between the two of them. We thought that it would be nice to recognize their hard work.

Show up with cooler of cold drinks around 2pm
Or cooler of beer at quittin time.

Took 8 months on my Cabin, I had soft drinks and water every day in the cooler, On Friday it was the same but, Beer when done and a feast of Barbeque for all at lunch..

If you got it why not slip em a hundred bucks and the cooler with some cold beer. Fricken hot outside and I know that'd make my day on a Friday afternoon.

If you don't, the cooler of beer Friday afternoon after work and bbq sounds good.

Don't give them beer. Cold drinks ok, no alcohol, just leads to no shows the next day. Kid of like gremlins.
