I am going to purchase a 1 acre lot inside city limits

How much per sq feet am I going to pay for a finished house?

Looking to get about 1500-1850 sq ft

Would love to hear some insight as to what I’m getting into

..Cherry cabinets?..Tile floors/tubs?..Granite countertops?..Vaulted ceilings?..Fireplace?..
A lot of different options and $$$

I know 1 contractor here in town who has open 60 building permits already in 6months of 2018
