How to delete an old listing?

I have used the site for about a year and I personally can't figure out how to delete an old listing. I know how to mark when gone but I'd like it gone from the site once I have sold or traded. I apologize for my ignorance.

Go in and delete the text and photos. The listing can't be deleted
