Southeast covers a lot of miles in Texas. Gulf coast runs from Mexico to Louisiana.
Lived in the Houston area for 40 years. That was also considered to be the Southeast/ Gulf coast

I've lived in Pearland, TX the last 30 years.

I grew up in Houston, 1954. One of the few local Houstonians. If I didn't have grandchildren, I'd move to the Texas Hill Country. Pearland is home base now.

Ahh...peach cobbler and homemade ice cream at my Aunt and Uncle's house in Waco, TX as a kid. Great memories!
