hows your gun safe?

well my living situation is temporary which is a small part of why I finally decided to get a safe so I cant drill and bolt it down but seeing as how much of a pain it was to get in im not worried about anyone running off with it. I like it a lot it has enough room for the guns I currently own and a little room for a few more plus my ammo, reloading stuff, and I have a small lock box in it with some more valuable things..... not sure why it would look familiar to you though

Nice choice. I have the same one and I really like mine. Did you get it at Tractor Supply? I got mine there a few Christmases ago when they were having their Christmas sale. My other "24 gun" safe was stuffed and I was debating on selling it and buying a larger one but when I saw that they were selling those Winchester 24 gun safes for $499 I had to buy it. The only thing I wish that was different about it is I wish that it had a key backup, but I haven't had any issues with the digital lock lock thus far. I talked to a member on here, safebuilder, and he told me a few companies that made quality digital locks and the Winchester had one of the ones that he recommended so it made me feel better about it.

yeah I got it at tractor supply and I agree I would feel better if it had a key backup. Have you found any you can replace the factory one with?

I have seen lots of reviews on youtube about that dehumidifier and I think that's the one im going to go with

It really is a great dehumidifier. When it gets full you just plug it in for a couple hours and you are good to go. I've had mine in that exact same safe for almost two years and I've only had to take it out and plug it in maybe three or four times.

nice I will be getting one for sure. did you put any lights in yours?

No. I tried to stick some of those push button lights inside mine but they kept falling off. I just keep a small flashlight in it now and use it when I need to see something that is in the back of the shelves. I have been looking for a decent light setup for it but it's not at the top of my priority list right now.

I bought same safe yesterday at TSC. I wanted something a little bigger and dial lock... But ended up pulling the trigger on this one (good value for the money).

I got cabin fever pretty bad during the ice storm and fabricated a pistol rack that attaches to the inside of the door, needs refinement but it really works well. shouldnt have waited so long

Some sort of dehumidifier. I have this one and I really like it.

Also, a handgun rack is really handy too. My safe has the pockets on the door but I don't use them. I prefer using the rack...
