hows your gun safe?

I put a LED rope light in mine then added a mirror to the back wall along with an electric dehumidifier. Now it is full and i'm having put some in my dads safe. I will have to buy another safe soon.

I installed those led under-cabinet style lights. Glued velcro to them and the velcro sticks pretty well to the carpet lining inside the safe.

bolt it down! I used some heavy duty wedge bolts, i believe they are 4.75 long by 1/2 in. on all four corners. Kinda over kill but I wanted to make it as difficult for someone to tip it over. Other than that, I bought a dehumidifier that you plug into the wall to dry it out when the beads turn pink. Seems to work great for me.

I thought I was the only one who had this safe. I bought it at tractor supply because it seemed like a good deal. It was a pain to get in the house. I used appliance hand trucks..This S.O.B is HEAVY.

yeah turns out a good number of people have this one. Me and my grandfather got it in the house with appliance hand trucks as well. the hardest part was the small step up into the front door then we set it down on those furniture coasters from home depot (best five bucks I have ever spent) then I just pushed it down the hall and into the bedroom. I could push, pull, and turn it all by myself with just a little umph.

Get an led light rope at Walmart for $15 and a pistol rack for $15 or $20. And for anyone in the market for a safe.... Make sure to get one big enough. I made the mistake of selling my first safe then getting one that was bigger but I've already grown out of it. So keep that in mind!
