I broke my outdoor spigot..

Is there a simple way to fix this without having to cut open the hardened caulk and discovering the inevitable disaster that is the hidden plumbing?

The long story short is that I twisted the spigot open until it broke because water wasn't coming out. I had forgotten that it ALREADY WAS open because I had shut it off from inside to drain all the water out. My dummy self just kept twisting counter clockwise until it snapped. The screw holding the knob on is what finally gave. Here's a terrible pic.

I didnt watch the whole video but it looks like all you need to know when l skimmed through it. If the brass housing isn't damaged it can be rebuilt. Just buy the same one from home depot and pull the parts off you need and throw away the rest. That would be easier than trying to buy all of the pieces
