If yor forms say "draft" they are drafts and not technically completed legal forms. I doubt you would get in any trouble for it, but technically speaking they aren't valid.


As least I would think anyway. What the hell do I know. I know they have the draft watermark on them if you view them before they are submitted.

Nah- just move to a different place and engrave again. May not look the best, but would still be legal.

I mean, it has a stamp and says approved. I don't think it really matters but I know most SOTS won't let a form 4 transfer if it has the draft watermark.

I can't wait to get this thing engraved and some valid paperwork I guess so I can put it together.
