Psycho attacking everyone, no one properly intervenes. After this womans mother is knocked to the tracks it doesn't look like anyone is attempting to help (unless you count filming with phone helping). There is a very limited police presence on marta, not that it even seems to matter alot of time

Atlanta has always been a big city but the indifference in everyday people is growing it seems and the apathy is really a downer IMO
