Recently received a 'new' robot vacuum from Amazon. Someone had already used it to clean their home and returned it. Amazon peeps are smart enough not to check before they send it out to another customer...

My daughters mother in law ordered her Christmas gift from amazon and had the same thing happen. Was also missing some of the parts. Skum bag had opened it from bottom, used for a while and returned it ( was even dirty). Package was hard to tell that it had been opened
