I have a question about trespassing

I went to Allatoona wma a few weeks ago and went in there with my vehicle and I got a tresspassing ticket. The sign was damaged by some stupid people and now I have to pay $425 for my ticket. Is there any way I can waive that fine?

I don't think 'waving' will help your case, but you can go to court, and plead mercy, and ask the judge to 'waive' the fine, or reduce it.

Is that an actual pic of the said sign? Looks legible to me. I'm guessing the officer that issued the ticket has taken a photo also.
